The novels on Kutub Library are works of imagination. Characters, places, families and events are invented by their authors. Any resemblance to a real person, living or dead, is coincidence. Nothing in a novel here should be read as a statement of fact about anybody.

Who owns the novels

Each novel belongs to the writer whose name is on it. Kutub Library is a place to read them, not their owner. We credit the writer on every listing and link to a page holding their other work.

We add novels in good faith and we do our best to attribute each one correctly. Attribution in Urdu fiction gets tangled, because the same title is often used by different writers and stories are reposted without credit. If we have credited a novel to the wrong person, tell us and we will correct it.

Takedown requests

If a novel here is yours and you do not want it on this site, write to us on the contact page with the title. We will take it down. We do not argue about it and we do not put you through a process.

Not advice

These stories deal with marriage, family conflict, faith, illness and money. None of it is advice. A novel is not a substitute for a doctor, a lawyer, a scholar or a counsellor, and it was never meant to be.

Mature themes

Some categories carry adult and intense themes, and they are labelled that way so you can decide before you open them. Read what suits you and skip what does not.

Accuracy and availability

We check what we publish, but mistakes happen: a missing episode, a wrong genre, a broken PDF. We fix them when we hear about them. We do not promise the site is free of errors or always reachable.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, we are pointing at something we thought was useful. We do not control those sites and we are not answerable for what they publish.
